OECD release the “OECD Science, Technology and Innovation Outlook 2016″ at European Commission in Brussels to inform policy makers and analysts on recent and future changes in global science, technology and innovation. I contributed with Valerie Paris (OECD, Dir. for Employment, Labour & Social Affairs) and Herman Garden (OECD, Dr. for Science Technology & Innovation) to the policy profile on health innovation for rare diseases in Chapter 9 “STI Policy Profile: Sectoral Innovation”.
