Tomorrow, start the ATLC2019 organised by colleagues Diana Hicks and Julia Melkers from the School of Public Policy at GeorgiaTech. I will chair a session on “Technology concentration/dispersion” and I will also have the opportunity to give 2 talks, of which one on on “R&D innovation and spillovers with evidence from the European Orphan Drug regulation” (work with my colleague Dimitrios Kourouklis from Mines Paris-Tech)
